Processing Time
All Bucket Hedz figures are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Custom or limited-edition items may take slightly longer due to production and finishing time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. We currently ship within the United States (international shipping coming soon).
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after being shipped.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order’s delivery progress.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at mint@buckethedz.io within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Custom Orders
Customized Bucket Hedz figures may require additional processing time. You’ll be notified once your piece is completed and ready to ship.
